When you purchase an individual progressive programming product from the marketplace, you will be prompted to select a start date once you have completed the purchase.
- You will be able to select a state date of the date of purchase or as far as two weeks into the future
- Note: You will not be able to change your start date once you have logged a workout
In-App View
On your Whiteboard page at the top of the screen, it will show the Week and the Day of programming for the week.
Changing Your Subscription Start Date
- Prior to logging a workout, you can change the start date of your subscription at any time. To do so, click on your initials in the top right of your screen, then select your personal account and adjust the start date.
- Note: You will not be able to change your start date once you have logged a workout
