Do you have questions about the member sync process? If so, you may find answers to some of those common questions here!

What does the integration do?

• With the SugarWOD/Zen Planner integration, your members and coaches will be synchronized between your two systems. 
• Zen Planner becomes your definitive list of members/coaches, and access to your SugarWOD gym will be based on your member/coach status in Zen Planner
• When a new member/coach is added to your gym in Zen Planner, a SugarWOD account will be created and a welcome email will be sent directly to the member
• When a member/coach becomes Inactive in Zen Planner, their access will be disabled to your gym in SugarWOD. They will not lose their data and can continue to use the free SugarWOD app. 

Do I have to use SugarWOD?

• As a Zen Planner customer, you do not have to use SugarWOD. You can continue to use Zen Planner's workout tracking features if you'd prefer. 
• If you decide at a later date that you would like use SugarWOD, you can turn on the integration at any time.

Do I have to use Zen Planner? 

• As a SugarWOD customer, you do not have to use Zen Planner in order to keep using SugarWOD as your Workout Experience platform.

Is SugarWOD included with my Zen Planner account?

• SugarWOD is an optional addition to the Zen Planner platform. It is not a drop-in replacement of Zen Planner's current WODTracking. 
• The integration is a premium option for Zen Planner users to "level-up" their workout tracking and programming experience for their coaches and athletes! You can learn more about the SugarWOD pricing here.

Does SugarWOD have a free trial? 

• Yes! We have a free, two-week trial for Gym Accounts. If you want to start a free trial today, you can do that here.

What if I disconnect the integration from my SugarWOD Gym Account?

• You can disconnect the integration via your Gym Account on SugarWOD but the integration will still be "live" on the Zen Planner side.
• If you want to remove the SugarWOD button in your Member App, you will need to contact Zen Planner Customer Support. You can reach them here!
