How do my coaches get access to SugarWOD?

• If your coach has the staff badge in Zen Planner they will receive coach permissions in SugarWOD and be sent login information via email.

What if my athlete already has a SugarWOD account?

• In Step 2 of the integration, you will be able to link your athlete with the SugarWOD account that they already have 
• You don't need to create accounts for them if they already have them. You will need to make sure that they are correctly matched in Step 2

What happens to my athletes when I "sync my members" in Step 3?

• When you sync your members in Step 3 of the integration, everyone that you sync will receive one of two emails: 
  
  • Your athlete does not have a SugarWOD account:
    
    • They will receive an email from SugarWOD with information on how to download the SugarWOD app, and how to log in to their account which has been created for them. They will receive a temporary password to access the account.
  • Your athlete does have a SugarWOD account: 
    • They will receive an email from SugarWOD letting them know that they have been added to your gym in the app
