If you've changed your mind about a subscription that you recently canceled, you can re-activate your subscription before it expires. If you do not do this before your subscription expires, you will have to create/purchase a new subscription.
To Re-activate your Subscription
- Log in to your account on the web version: https://app.sugarwod.com/login
- Go you "Your Personal Account" page from the dropdown menu in the upper righthand corner
- From "Your Personal Account" page, select the Marketplace Purchases tab. This will bring up any subscriptions that you have on your account, including ones you have recently canceled
- To re-activate your subscription, click on the "Re-activate Subscription" button in the lower righthand corner
- Confirm "re-activating" the subscription by selecting "Yes, reactivate it."
- Once confirmed, your subscription will be active again!
