After you update your Workout Feeds using these instructions: https://help.sugarwod.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019602493-How-to-Publish-Recurring-Class-programs-to-gyms if you choose to notify your customers, they will receive a push notification and an email.
From the email, your customers will have a single click option to download all their workouts to their calendar.
Alternatively, they will also have access to the Program Feeds dropdown menu above their Programming Calendar in SugarWOD. Your product will appear in this menu and once selected your customer will see your workouts that are available for download:
By hovering over a component they will get the option to download the workout to their calendar:
After a user selects download to calendar they will be prompted if they want to download a single workout or the entire week:
Any downloaded workouts will now appear in blue (for scored components) and gray (for unscored components):
Deleting, re-downloading and updating workouts
If, for any reason, the user removes the workout from their calendar, the workout will re-appear as a downloadable workout when the feed is selected in the Program Feeds menu. This can be useful if a workout is deleted by accident or an update to the workout is available:
Once the workouts are downloaded to the customers calendar, they are now new copies of the workout and the customer can edit and adjust the workout as needed which will be specific to their calendar.
