Coaches can make edits or updates to a workout that has been added to the Programming Calendar.
A workout can be edited or updated in the following ways:
- The workout details
- Moved to a different workout Track
- Moved to a different date
- Add/Edit Private Coaches Notes
- The Score type
- Note: Coaches should only change the scoring type before athletes have posted scores! If the Scoring type is updated after scores have been posted, the Scoreboard will not automatically update the previously logged scores. Athletes would have to Delete and Re-log their score to reflect the Scoring type change.
To edit a workout on your Programming Calendar:
- Visit the Programming Calendar page here: https://app.sugarwod.com/workouts/calendar
- Hover over the workout on the Programming Calendar page
- Select the Pencil icon in the bottom right corner
- Or click anywhere in the workout box
- Clicking on the workout will take you to the Workout Definition page

- NOTE: Changing the Scoring after athletes have logged scores does not automatically recalculate the updated Scoring type or Scoreboard Sort. Athletes would need to delete their score and re-log to reflect the updates that have been made.
