I’m not receiving workout push notifications on my mobile device, why?

There's a couple of places you can check to make sure the push notifications are delivered:

1. Make sure that you are a member of your gym in SugarWOD. Go to "Your Settings" > "Your Box" to check.

2. In the SugarWOD app under "Your Settings" > "Notifications", then make sure the correct notification types are turned on.

3. On an iPhone, go into the iPhone's Settings, then Notifications. On that screen, make sure that notification are not blocked for SugarWOD.

If all of those things are true, please email us at hello@sugarwod.com we can look into it further. Be sure to include your first and last name and the email associated with your SugarWOD account as it may not be the same one you are contacting us from.
