SugarWOD athletes can receive Push Notifications when the workouts are released by their coach or gym owner. That is, if your coach or gym owner have selected to send push notifications to you.
Additionally, notifications are sent for Scored workouts only. Non-scored components such as warm-ups, cash outs, etc. do not send a push notification when programmed.
If you know that you should be receiving push notifications and are not, there are a few of areas you can check to make sure the push notifications are delivered:
- Make sure that you are currently in the correct Primary Gym that you should be receiving push notifications for. Go to the Whiteboard page on your app and select the options button in the top left (three lines)
- Select "Tools & More" then tap "Your Primary Gym" to check.
NOTE: If you are in a Primary Gym and have a Marketplace subscription, you will only receive push notifications for your Primary Gym. - In the SugarWOD app under "Your Settings" > "Notifications", then make sure the correct notification types are turned on.
- On your mobile device, go into the your Phone's Settings, then Notifications. Make sure that notifications are not allowed for SugarWOD.
