This help article is for users who need Coaches access to more than one gym in SugarWOD - OR coach access in one gym & athlete access in another.
Separate accounts in SugarWOD can be used for those who coach at multiple gyms, those who coach at a gym and need athlete access in another or to purchase an Individual subscription in the Marketplace.

Multiple Gym Access for Coaches
Coaches can only be a member of a single CrossFit gym in SugarWOD a time with their coach's access. If a coach switches gyms in their SugarWOD settings, the system will kick off their coach's permissions as a precaution when switching gyms.
If you need to have access to multiple gyms, you can create a new SugarWOD account with a different email address. These accounts can also have separate permission levels. For example firstname.lastname@example.org can be an athlete at "CrossFit 1" while email@example.com can be a coach at "CrossFit 2".
You can also set up a separate account using your original email. Just append a plus (“+”) sign after your email address and after that, you can insert any combination of words or numbers to create any number of personalized email IDs.
For example, if your email address is firstname.lastname@example.org, you can create a separate account in SugarWOD as follows:
This email trick will deliver emails to the email@example.com inbox (e.g. password resets, product updates for coaches, etc.), and you don't have to use multiple email accounts.
We do understand the frustration with needing multiple accounts for different subscriptions or coach access in multiple gyms. We are working on this and will be releasing an update to the apps to allow more ease of use for those who have access to more than one gym in SugarWOD.
