Create a Barbell Workout?

To add a Barbell Lift workout:

1. From the Whiteboard or your Logbook choose "Add a Workout". If you are a coach, you can choose "Scheduled a Workout" from the Programming Calendar.

2. Tap on "Barbell Lifts" from the Workout Selection screen:

3. Tap the lift you'd like to log or schedule:

4. Select the set and rep scheme you'd like. You have two choices:

4a. Select "Constant Reps" to record a workout where the reps will be the same in each set. For example, Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 would have 5 sets of 3 reps each.

4b. Choose "Variable Reps" if you rep count will differ in each set. For example, Back Squat 5-3-3-1-1. You may optionally specify the percentage target for each set.

5. Log your workout!
