There are two areas where you might record a workout — the Whiteboard or the Personal Logbook.
If you perform a workout as part of a gym or CrossFit community, but have an empty Whiteboard, you will need to schedule a workout.

If you perform a workout on your own, then you will log that workout in your Personal Logbook.
Go to the Me Page in the app and select the Logbook icon, located below your cover photo .
On the Logbook page, select the day you are wanting to log your own personal workout
