There are two areas where you might record a workout — the Whiteboard or the Personal Logbook.
If you perform a workout as part of a gym or CrossFit community, but have an empty Whiteboard, you will need to schedule a workout.

If you perform workouts on your own, either outside of group class or as an Independent athlete, you can log these workouts in your Personal Logbook.
To log a workout in your Personal Logbook:
•Log in to the SugarWOD mobile app
•Go to the Me Page using the navigation bar and select the Logbook icon, located below your cover photo .
•On the Logbook page, select +Log a workout on the day you're completing the workout
