SugarWOD has a library of named workouts defined by CrossFit.com. Your history and PRs will be automatically tracked.
These workouts are grouped into categories:
- Girls: Fran, Helen, Cindy, etc.
- Heroes: Murph, DT, Michael, etc.
- Notable: Filthy Fifty, Fight Gone Bad, Tabata Something Else, etc.
- Games: Open, Regional, and Games Final workouts
SugarWOD has over 1000 of these workouts built-in. We update them regularly. SugarWOD will automatically refresh with the latest library workouts as they become available (you don't need to update your app).
1. First select Girls, Heroes, Notables or Games
2. Then select the exact workout you are looking for
3. Log your score
