If you have not received the password reset link to your email, it is likely that the email initially entered to create your account had a slight misspell (e.g. "@gnail", ".con", or a "space" entered where there shouldn't be).
If your gym is a customer on SugarWOD, your Gym Owner or Coach can visit your Athlete Profile page on the coach's website to help with your account.
If your email address is incorrect, your coach or gym owner can correct your email by selecting the Change button.
Additionally, if you received an "Invalid Link" when attempting to reset your password, your coach or gym owner can visit the Access and Security tab on your Athlete Profile. On this page, they can select Change and you can enter a new password.
