Tagging Movements in Workouts

What are movements?

  • Movement are used primarily to provide the prep materials under the Prepare button. This includes movement videos, previous scores for Benchmark workouts and Barbells numbers will be pushed to you.

Can I program a workout without a movement in the library?

  • Yes

Are there any other uses for movements?

  • Yes! We do have plans to build out more analytics with charts and graphs for movement frequency. Since day one, we have been tagging workouts with these movements, so the data has already been collected! 

Can I add my own movements?

  • No you cannot add your own currently. We want to maintain the list to keep the analytics clean. Please email us if we are missing one, even better if you know a video library that demonstrates it!
