Many gyms offer different workout programs at their affiliates that athletes can participate in outside of the Workout of the Day (WOD). Some that we have seen include Endurance, OLY, Strength, Women's Only, etc. We call these different programs Workout Tracks.
The WOD track is SugarWOD's default workout track. To log workouts from another track you will have to add the new track to your Whiteboard in your Settings.
To add a workout track to your Whiteboard:
1. Go to your Settings.
2. Select Workout Tracks
3. Select the workout track you are wanting to view on your Whiteboard. Once selected a small blue check mark will appear.
4. Go back to your Whiteboard page. Under the photo, you should see Workout of the Day with a small down arrow. This is a drop down menu for your other workout tracks. Tap this and your workout track list will populate. Select the correct track. (Note: You may need to refresh your page for the workout to appear).
